What we can help with

• A vineyard on the map that is closed, duplicated, or in the wrong place
• A correction to a guide, including family facilities, pet rules, or tasting details
• A privacy question, including a request about cookies or location use
• A problem using the map, search, or cookie choices

Include the page address and the estate name when you write. We read the inbox and reply as soon as we can. Wine Fly has no user accounts, so we cannot look up an order or a reservation.

Privacy requests

The privacy policy explains what the site and Google AdSense do with cookies, IP addresses, and location. For a privacy request, email wineflyza@gmail.com with the subject line “Privacy”. You can also complain to the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za. How the site may be used is in the terms of use.

Advertising

Ads on Wine Fly are served by Google. We cannot choose the individual advertiser that appears in a slot. Ad choices and opt-outs are on Google Ads Settings.
